A Few Updates...

Team Banquet (Feb. 20th)- Looking for parents interested in organizing and/ or helping out. Please let me know. The banquet was originally scheduled for Feb. 19th but it will now be Feb. 20th.

JV Meet (January 31st)- This meet will be Friday, January 31st. I will have event entries and all details posted this weekend. Athletes who compete at this meet are then done with their season.

League Meet (Feb. 7 & 8)- I hope to have these entries posted Monday, Jan. 27th. Athletes who compete at this meet are then done with the season unless they compete at the State Meet.

Sierra Meet, Tomorrow

If you are not a senior and can be at the pool early to help get things organized, please be there. Warm ups at 3:00, meet starts at 4:00.

Important Updates

A few things...
-All team meeting tomorrow (Wednesday at 3:20) on the stairs.
-The JV Meet has been changed to FRIDAY, JAN. 31st. More details to come when available.
-Reminder, Palmer meet was canceled. The last dual meet is Tuesday, Jan. 21st at CHS against Sierra. This meet will be Senior Night.

Palmer Meet Jan. 28th- CANCELED

Sierra (Tuesday, Jan. 21st) will be our last dual meet and also Senior Night. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.

DIVING:

Saturday morning prelims and semifinals 

Warm-up: 7:00 am to 8:30 am 

Competition begins at 8:40 am 

Cards due at 7:15 am (1 card) 

Saturday afternoon finals after the 50 freestyle 

Warm-up from 1:10 pm to 2:00 pm 

SWIMMING:

Friday afternoon prelims 

CHS warm-ups: 2:45 to 3:10 (dismissed from school at 2:00)

Prelims begin at 4:20 pm 

Saturday afternoon finals (top 24 return)

Warm-ups: 12:45 to 2:00 pm 

Finals begin at 2:20 pm

Entries for Tuesday's meet at Mitchell High School
You will be dismissed at 2:30. Meet starts at 4pm.
I will post Rampart Invite entries (Fri/ Sat Jan. 17th & 18th) tomorrow.

Hornet Entries

Friday, Jan. 10th & Saturday, Jan. 11th (2pm warm up/ 4pm meet start both days)
Hornet Invite at Pueblo County HS
FRI- 1pm dismissal from school/ 1:15 bus departs
Top 12 relays and individuals swimmers return for Saturday
Swimmers & divers on their own for rides Saturday
7am warm up & 9am start for divers (Saturday)

This Week

Tuesday- meet against Mesa Ridge, please be there at 2:30
Wednesday- normal practice times with 2 groups
Thursday- 5:30-6:45am & normal after school
Friday- dismissed at 1; bus departs at 1:15 for Pueblo
Saturday- 2pm warm up & 4pm start
No practice for those not swimming Fri & Sat

Monday, Jan. 6th Practice

Divers will practice 7:30-9am
All swimmers will practice 4-6pm. Please be on the stairs ready to swim at 4pm, no later! If you are not at practice on Monday, you will not swim in Tuesday's meet unless I'm aware of your absence. 

Mesa Ridge Entries

Please ask family and friends to come time and let me know via email or text as we only need 10 people. For the meet, please be at the school at 2:30 for set-up with a 3:00 warm up. Meet starts at 4:00. Diving will be first. Entries below.
