A Few Things...

12-13 Season Captains
Please make sure to congratulate your 2012-2013 season swim team captains: Sam Grosslight, Kersten Kasten and Sara Petersilie. I realize it's early but already planning for next year- it will be a great season!


Triathlon Meeting
Come one, come all. In a joint effort with the volleyball team we will be training for and competing in a triathlon this summer. For most of you this might sound like a daunting task but not so. Stop by the cafeteria, Tuesday, May 8th at 6pm to hear more. If you are slightly interested, please show up. Parents are encouraged to attend as well.

100 fl/200bk/300br/400fr (1st half drill each stroke; then swim)
10X50 1st 25 streamline kick on back/2nd 25 CH swim
6X150FR (#1,#2- 50fast/100EZ;#3,#4- 100fast/50 EZ; #5,#6- all fast)
6X50 kick with board on 1:00
400 choice cool down
