Thanksgiving Week Workouts

For people traveling and unable to make it to practice for various reasons, please find some workouts below:

MONDAY, NOV. 24th
200FR/150BR/100BK/50FLY (half Kick/half Drill so 100K FR/100D FR, etc.)
24 X 25 IM order focus on walls (every 3rd FAST) :45
MAIN SET 2X
200/2 X 100
100/ 2 X 50
5 X (50/2 X 25) (2nd 25 from blocks) 50s- 1:00/ 25s- 40
DRYLAND (5X):
20 squats
60” plank
8X walk out pushups
TUESDAY, NOV. 25th
200S/200P/200K
6 X 100 FR (3-5-7-9 breaths- so 1st 25 breathing every 3 strokes, then 2nd 25 breathing every 5 strokes, etc)
6 X [4X50 (25/25;25/25;50;50) 1:00; full 1:00 rest between each round
100 EZ
200 Kick odds-FAST/evens-EZ
8 X 50 TN tumblers
starts
DRYLAND (4X):
20 lunges (each leg)
60” swimmers
15 spidermans (each leg)
10 burpees


WEDNESDAY, NOV. 26th 

400S/200K
6 X 75 K/D/S alternate FR/non-FR on 1:45
10 X 100 with at least :30 rest (try to finish last 100 with same time as first 100)

100 EZ
8 X 25 kick on :30
200 IM kick
8 X 25 (descend 1-4/5-8) on :40
200 Cool Down

DRYLAND (3X):
10 pushups
60" crunches
10 streamline jumps
30 mtn climbers
60" wall sit
