Monday (today) 3-5pm practice (all team)
Tuesday- FFC Meet at home 3pm warm up
THE FOLLOWING SWIMMERS WILL NOT SWIM IN THE FFC MEET AND WILL PRACTICE 1:30-3 (Archdale, Cassens, Field, Gurnaski, Jacobs, Jin, Stafford, Welding)
Wednesday- normal practice times/ pasta dinner at Katie Field's
Thursday- Lewis Palmer Meet at home (everyone will swim if they make Wed practice)
Friday- normal practice times with dryland
Saturday- all team practice 8:30-10:30am
