Monday- normal practice
Tuesday- Team pictures at 3:20 following by swim practice and then dryland until 6:00
Wednesday- Dual Meet at Doherty HS. Girls are excused at 2:30 for a 3:15 warm up and 4pm start.
Thursday- Normal practice followed by dryland until 6:00.
Friday- Normal practice followed by Pasta Dinner at Mia Schaeffer's house.

Freshman- desserts
Sophmores- (A-K)- desserts/ (L-Z)- fruit & veggies
Juniors- (A-K) - fruit & veggies/ (L-Z) - bread
Seniors- drinks
Saturday- Pikes Peak Relays at Rampart High School, times TBD
