SWIMMING
                                 Friday, Feb 3rd:  afternoon prelims
                                 School Dismissal: 2:00pm
                                 Warm-ups:  3:00 pm – 4:00 pm (warmup lanes TBD)
                                 Coaches Meeting:  4:00 pm – 4:10 pm in coaches office
                                 Prelims begin at 4:15 pm
                              
                                 Saturday, Feb 4th:  afternoon finals
                                 Warm-ups:  12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (open warmup)
                                 Coaches Meeting:  1:00 pm
                                 Finals begin at 1:15 pm

DIVING

                                 Saturday, Feb 4th:  morning prelims, semis and pm finals

                                 Warm-ups:  8:00 am – 9:30 am

                               Coaches Meeting: 9:30 am 

                                 Competition:  Begins at 9:45 am

                 8 dives during morning prelims 

                 3 dive during finals after the 50 FR (15 min break following diving)
