2X (250/200/150/100/50) on usual base; descend each by 50
200 EZ kick
16 X 25 descend 1-4
300 Cool Down

WRKT#2:
2X (300S/100K)
12 X 50 D/S (IM order)
200 BLD
2X100 (#1 50 FAST/50 EZ ; #2 50 EZ/50 FAST)
4X50 descend 1-4
8 X25 #4&#8 FAST
Do set again starting with 200 build
400 Cool Down
