Open Swims This Week

On Tuesday, Oct. 9th & Thursday, Oct. 11th 5-6:30pm we will have Open Swims.

DRYLAND
3 rounds of:
20 push ups

40 mounatin climbers (each time the same leg touches same spot, that's one)
20 lunges on each leg
30 crunches
