Dryland

4 rounds of (do not rest until after full round and no longer than 2 mins):
25 jumping jacks
10 push ups
20 mtn climbers
45 sec plank
30 squats

Remember:
Swim suit sizes- Tuesday/ Wednesday
White sweat pants- Thursday
Goals- Thursday
