8 X 100 K/D/D/S alternate Free & Non- Free
2 X (200/2X100/4X50/8X25)
400 CD

DRYLAND:
4 rounds-
10 Burpees
15 spidermans (each side)
30 mtn climbers (each leg)
:45 supermans
Do not rest until AFTER each round
